What do you do when life is “lifing”? Life is complex. Things don’t always go as planned, and challenges come in different shapes, sizes, and intensities. None of us is exempt. Being a NYTA doesn’t mean we are exempt either. Our extraordinary, purpose-filled NYTA life does not eliminate challenges. What it gives us is a different kind of strength—the kind that doesn’t come from us but from knowing God and knowing who we are in Christ. There is strength in knowledge, especially the knowledge of God (Proverbs 24:5). When we know who God is and who we are in Him, we can remain steady even when life feels anything but steady. We often say, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” And sometimes, life certainly gives us lemons. But with God, even the bitter and unexpected moments can become part of something beautiful. He is able to work all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). So when life happens—and it will—we don't have to lose our hope, peace, joy, or strength. We can rest in the assurance that God is still working, even when we cannot see how. Our confidence is not in the absence of difficulty. It is in the One who is with us through it. Live life as a NYTA. P.S. I send out this newsletter once weekly to help you step into the extraordinary life in Christ. I invite you to share this Newsletter with the people you know who may be encouraged by NYTA’s message. For those ready to step deeper into trust, surrender, and dependence on God... With love and gratitude, |

Have you ever stopped to thank God for the heart that keeps you alive? Every time you wake up, your heart is beating. What a gift! But beyond the physical heart is another heart we need—a heart that knows God, seeks Him, and desires an authentic relationship with Him. Recently, while studying Scripture, I found something fascinating: the heart we need to know God is a gift He is willing to give us. We don't have to figure it all out on our own. Think about these two Scriptures: “I will give...
The NYTA life is not just about knowledge or action; it is also about relationship. Matthew 6:33 tells us to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, with the promise that all these things shall be added unto us. These things include food, clothing and the everyday needs of life. It is a call to prioritize God and trust Him with the rest. But what does it mean to seek Him? Jeremiah 29:13 says, “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” NYTA...
Like a precious stone whose worth cannot be measured, Knowledge is a hidden gem we too often overlook. I never realized the depth and value of knowledge until I began to study God’s word: the Bible, which is a treasure. It is remarkable how many blessings are tied to knowledge, according to the Scriptures. All things that pertain to life and godliness are found through knowledge (2 Pet 1:3). Strength and exploits are found in knowledge (Dan. 11:32). Increased strength is found in knowledge...
